Just a little favicon hack

Lately I found myself having to read some manpages again just to create a favicon. Yes htmlkit is also providing this as a webservice (with extras such as animated icons and different file formats etc. But it lacks the free solution to convert 2 images without scaling!

Well to keep it short and get some needed sleep, just wanted to hack this up in the late night hours because it was so darn easy to do (and the trick I used to create temporary output files might be usefull to explore in upcoming web based projects) :

Ow yes, S.I.T. stands for Schreppers IT., a small company I finally started about 2 days ago.

UPDATE: About 2 years later however this grew to a bigger company and its now still called SIT, because I wanted to keep the same logo I spent some time designing. But now, it stands for Scalable IT and is my company to this present day: www.sitweb.eu.

Also the favicon website grew and was updated a few times you can still visit it here favicon.sitweb.eu.
