MPL parser for windows

Written by Walter on Well I got up this morning at 4AM. Couldn's sleep because I was worried I could not get the MPL parser running because of some Qt 4 issues (in linux/mac I'm still using Qt3, the funny thing is the parser does not even need qt at all but it is for the coupling with the future gui that it needs to be able to accept a QString object). Anyway 3 hours later, got it to work anyway so I'm a happy puppy :).
